The Project Guild of LaGrange has hosted Oldham County Day since 1971. This is an annual opportunity to come out and celebrate community pride, a town parade and a reunion with family and friends. Oldham County Day also provides a means for non-profit organizations and other businesses in the county to set up booths around LaGrange to help make people more aware of their presence in the community in which we live!
Our annual summer festival is held on the third Saturday in July. There are many special events such as the Friday evening street dance with live music, a 5K festival run/walk and a Rotary Pancake Breakfast on Saturday Morning held at DeHaven Baptist Church. We also have a golf scramble on Saturday & Sunday.
Come and enjoy the day on Saturday and see our parade through downtown LaGrange. Get in the parade or just sit on the sidewalk and watch the parade. Our parade features a Grand Marshal each year and the Grand Marshal is announced in late April!
You'll find all the things you like to eat and you'll probably see most of your friends there as well. Come on out and see why Oldham Countians love the "Quality Of Life" right here at home!
